Refund policy

At Pumpkin's Preloved, every item is carefully sourced and inspected prior to being listed. As our pieces are preloved, minor signs of wear may be present. We do our best to clearly describe and photograph any noticeable flaws so you know exactly what you are purchasing. 

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, including incorrect sizing or simply deciding you no longer want the item.

Please check sizes, description and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

If an item arrives significantly different from its description, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include: 

  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the fault

Once we review the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution which may include:

  • A refund, or
  • A store credit

If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Conditions of preloved items

As our items are second hand, small signs or wear that were visible in photos or mentioned in the description are not considered faults.
