Shipping policy

At Pumpkin's Preloved, we aim to get your little pumpkin's new pieces packed and on their way as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after purchase.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been sent.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship nationwide across New Zealand.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All orders are sent with tracked shipping.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch: 

North Island: 1-3 business days

South Island: 2-4 business days

Rural addresses: Please allow an extra 1-3 days

Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and locations.

Rural Delivery

If your address is rural, please select Rural Delivery at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels are handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by them. If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we'll do our best to help track it down.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
